To start earning more towards your future and receive a higher education while having it paid for, up to 100% of tuition assistance may be paid for, you need to fill out the Navy Tuition Assistance Form. The first step is to talk to a Navy College advisor and education counselor to determine the right steps to take as well determining the courses that you will be requesting for tuition assistance. NETPDTC 1560/3 is the Navy tuition assistance form you will need to complete and being sure to list the courses and all fees is very important to ensure you qualify and receive your tuition and this responsibility is left up to the applicant. Be sure to read the second page of the agreement carefully and complete the form along with your signature to show you understand the agreement. You will also need a command acceptance signature for course enrollment and then it is mandatory that you give the form over for processing to the Navy college office to officially process the information. If you are approved for Navy tuition assistance you will receive a tuition assistance voucher. You can then give this voucher to the school. You must also be sure to provide a copy of your grades through a student account and you can do this by fax for the Navy tuition assistance online using an email account and adding your grade report via an attachment.
